Commissions are drawn in my art style

I have the right to refuse a commission if it is against my terms and conditions.

Please provide all the necessary text descriptions and visual references for the commission.

Give me at least two weeks to one month to work on the commission. The fastest I may be able to finish a piece is a week, but this varies on the complexity of the commissions and the amount of time I have.

Please tell the artist if you have a specific deadline. If the time provided for the artist is less than two(2) weeks, there will be a charge of additional fee.

Progress updates [sketch, lineart/flatcolors, render] will be delivered via Twitter/Instagram DMs (the social that the commissioner have provided on the commission form).

Maximum of 3 minor revisions are accepted. Further revisions or major revisions will be charged additional fee upon agreement.

The finished commission will be sent to you via email/Gdrive link in PNG and JPEG formats and will include a small watermark.

You will only be receiving digital art. No physical goods will be shipped.

To avoid running into problems and to protect both parties, the commission must be paid during or before the commission is done . The final piece will only be sent after the full payment is settled.

A refund can only be requested before I start working on the commission or I haven't started on the commission yet, otherwise all commissions are non refundable.

I will offer a full refund if I’m unable to finish the commission due to personal reasons.

Price listed in the sheets are base prices only. There may be additional fees for extra details (e.g. props, accessories, etc.) and background, which may vary depending on the complexity.

Mode of payment is Gcash only.

I, the artist (Jana), hold every right to the commission. Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: self-promotion, display on public sites, distribution, reproduction. Unless otherwise discussed.

Commissions are for personal use only. Clients may display the commissions on external sites as long as they are visibly credited and linked back to the artist.

Do not trace, alter, edit the commission or drafts, progress photos for any purposes.

Do not use my sketches to commission other artists.

Do not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the commission.

Do not take credit for the creation of the commission.

You may use the finished artwork for social media profile pictures, desktop backgrounds & wallpapers. You may also print at your own leisure as long as it's for non-profit and solely for your own personal enjoyment.

Please do not crop out my watermark for reposting.

A smaller resolution of the finished drawing will be posted in my gallery as part of my portfolio.

Commercial type commissions are 1.5x - 2x the base price; the rate will increase depending on the project.
